Quotes are non-binding unless stated otherwise. An assignment is created after Custom Operations confirms it in writing or digitally.

Terms and conditions
Last updated: 6 May 2026These terms apply to quotes, assignments, deliveries and services by Custom Operations, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment follows the payment term stated in the quote or invoice.
Design, proof and approval
For personalized products, the customer is responsible for checking supplied files, texts, colors, quantities, sizes and proofs. Production may start after approval.
Personalized products
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a demonstrable production error.
Delivery
Delivery times are indicative unless confirmed as a strict deadline in writing. Custom Operations is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or external suppliers.
Copyright and files
The customer guarantees that supplied logos, texts, images and designs may be used. Custom Operations may refuse assignments where rights or content are doubtful.
Liability
Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment, unless the law provides otherwise.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to agreements with Custom Operations.
